Join us for exciting strategy games and puzzles that flex our brains—all while fostering a sense of community, friendship and healthy competition! We will hit the board games and puzzles running, challenging ourselves and exercising our minds. Work alone or with a friend or two to stretch strategic thinking skills and have a great time in the process! We'll also create our own games. In addition to a variety of critical thinking and strategy games, we will incorporate important math concepts around number sense, computation, geometry, telling time, and money through hands on art projects (such as Fraction Flags and symmetrical drawings), games (such as Subtracting Bowling), stories & songs, and technology. Whatever your child’s learning style, this class will find a way to nurture and challenge them through math and strategy games!
